In Schwere-Reiter-Straße 39 - 39a, we completely renovated a beautiful barracks building, constructed around 1900, in close consultation with the historic preservation authorities. The result is 55 luxury apartments and a newly built underground parking garage.

A residential complex that has already been completed in
