BV Klarastraße - Construction begins! A residential project is about to start.

We are pleased to announce the start of our latest construction project in Munich. Demolition of the existing building on Klarastraße has been successfully completed, and construction work will begin in January. Together with our partner, Krämmel GmbH, we are building a modern residential building with 12 apartments and an underground parking garage.

Klarastraße boasts an excellent location: centrally located in Munich's city center yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. The outstanding architecture, designed by our long-time architect Jürgen Seifert, combines timeless elegance with modern functionality and blends harmoniously into its surroundings.
