Construction site update: BV my room 6 October 2025

The foundation work for our student residence, my room 6, is complete. As part of the ground improvement process, over 200 displacement concrete columns were constructed, creating a stable base for the future building with 141 apartments .

This milestone lays the foundation for further implementation. The next step is the start of the structural work , which we will carry out together with the company Züblin .

We look forward to further advancing the project in the coming months and reporting on the progress.
