To strengthen our team at our Munich location in Grünwald, we are looking for a Construction Manager (m/f/d) for residential and commercial construction – client side – to start immediately on a full-time basis.

Your tasks

• Independent management and control of construction projects in residential and commercial construction on the client side

• Coordination and organization of the construction site including trades, subcontractors and specialist planners

• Ensuring compliance with all deadlines, quality standards and economic requirements.

• Implementation and monitoring of applicable building regulations, DIN standards and technical standards

• Invoice verification, cost control and post-calculation

• Correspondence, documentation and reporting to the project management or executive management.

• Deployment primarily in the Munich area, with willingness to participate in deployments beyond the region.

Your profile

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in construction management or the construction industry

• Sound knowledge of building regulations, DIN standards, VOB/HOAI or comparable regulations.

• Proficient use of MS Excel, Word and all common Office tools

• Independent, structured work style and very good organizational skills

• Willingness to travel and be deployed beyond Munich

• Driving licence class B (company car provided)

• Ideally, residence or easy access in the greater Munich area.
