With my room active, we have created innovative student housing in Schwabing-Freimann, one of Munich's most vibrant, diverse, and trendy districts. The outstanding concept of the successful my room brand, along with its architectural realization by the Munich-based firm Kupferschmidt Architekten, offers maximum living comfort and quality of life for the young residents, while also serving as a smart investment solution for their parents and investors.
Student housing in Munich is in high demand and still falls far short of the need. Currently, there are only around 11,000 rooms offered by the student union for approximately 128,000 students. This means that the majority of students have to rely on the private housing market – and this in a city with almost 55% single-person households, which also happens to be among the German metropolitan areas with the highest rents.

Since its inception, the resounding success of my room Apartments has been based on both its sophisticated overall concept and its outstanding location, which offers promising prospects for both tenants and investors. Continuing this tradition, the latest my room project, located in Munich-Freimann on the northern edge of the English Garden, also scores highly across the board.

In addition to being close to many Munich universities and offering comprehensive amenities for daily needs, the location also provides a wealth of options for leisure activities.
