Your tasks
Independent management and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties
Contact person for tenants, owners, service providers and tradespeople
Monitoring and coordination of maintenance and servicing measures
Review and approval of invoices from tradespeople, as well as cost control
Preparation of utility bills
Lease management: Conclusion, amendment and maintenance of contracts
Organization and execution of apartment handovers and acceptances
Support with insurance claims and damage reports
General office organization and correspondence
Your profile
Completed vocational training in the field of business administration, real estate management or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in the field of residential and commercial real estate.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word), ideally also with common property management software (Amadeus)
Careful, structured and independent work style
Friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with tenants and business partners
Teamwork skills, organizational skills and a high level of commitment
