Following the great success of our my room projects in Munich, we are now bringing our successful brand to Bayreuth. Modern student apartments are being built directly adjacent to the faculty in an attractive location – nestled in greenery along the emerging Tappertaue. With my room 6, we are creating contemporary living space for students in a future-oriented environment.

With the clear objective of creating a student housing offering that is both functional and sophisticated, the successful brand my room began in 2013. Now, the my room story is entering its fifth phase with my room active – located near the English Garden in Schwabing-Freimann, one of Munich's most vibrant districts.

With the fully furnished apartments on Georg-Kerschensteiner-Straße, opposite the International Trade Fair Center, we have created a temporary home that combines contemporary functionality with sophisticated design.
