At Klarastraße 7, we are developing a total of 12 two- to four-room apartments in a classic-style townhouse. The apartments feature high-quality finishes and the convenience of an underground parking garage.

Condominiums & 1 semi-detached house

Divided into 6 apartment buildings and one semi-detached house, a total of 50 residential units with a shared underground parking garage are being built here at Biberacherstraße 21.

Divided into two buildings, we realized 38 modern condominiums with underground parking in a gap in the building line at Sebastian-Bauer-Straße 53, in the established town center of Altperlach.

Rental apartments

In the sought-after district of Sendling, we took over the planning and turnkey implementation of a total of 76 rental apartments with underground parking at Euckenstraße 6-8c.
