Neighborhood Development

In close cooperation with the city of Leonberg, we have created a new residential area at the corner of Neue Ramtelstraße and Heilbronner Straße, on the site of the former Hotel "Eiss". This area comprises several residential and commercial buildings and is specifically tailored to the needs of young families.

Holiday villa and townhouse complex

In southern Spain, on the Costa del Sol, we have developed a luxurious complex called “Monte Grace Paradise” on Paseo de Dinamarca, situated on a hill with spectacular ocean views.

Residential complex

For an institutional investor, we completed turnkey modern rental apartments at Truderinger Straße 172-182 and ensured their full occupancy until the handover of the residential complex.

Senior care home I

When developing accommodation and care facilities for seniors, a multitude of requirements must be considered. We have met all of these requirements in the senior residence "An der Hoffischerei," which we planned and implemented.

With the nursing home at Theodor-Heuss-Straße 15, we have taken into account the needs of our elderly fellow citizens and created a modern facility.
